Common questions
1How do I get started?
Press Create your account, sign in with Google and tell us about your Chabad House. We look at every one ourselves, and once yours is approved you sign in with the same Google account and you're in.
2Is my community's information private?
Yes. Each Chabad House's people, events and money are kept apart by the database itself, so no other Chabad House can see yours. Card numbers never reach us: payments go through your own payment link.
3Can I bring over my old website and my list?
Yes. We read your current website for your text, programs, photos and details, and you can bring in a spreadsheet of your community. You see what will come in before anything is saved.
4How do Hebrew birthdays work?
Every birthday and yahrtzeit is remembered on its Hebrew date, with the English date beside it. After sunset counts as the next Hebrew day. If you don't know whether it was before or after, we assume before and say so, and you can change it.
5Does it send emails and texts for me?
Not yet. The Message button opens your own email, WhatsApp or Messages with the note already written, and you send it from there.
6What does it cost?
It's free for founding shluchim while we build it with you, and we'll tell you well before anything changes.
